Our products are rated for a standard 40-hour workweek by persons weighing 250 lbs or less, except for Models 8229 (350 lbs) and 2250D (325 lbs). A copy of our warranty is noted on each product on our Product Page.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return authorization number. Once issued, products must be received back to our Philadelphia warehouse within 30 days. All items must be shipped prepaid and received in new, resalable condition. Customer is responsible for all freight charges. Any item returned without an RA#, or outside of the 30 day period will be refused. Any damaged/defective item will be shipped replacement parts under our damage policy.
Should an item be received damaged or is defective in any way, we will promptly ship replacement parts. Should the customer decide to return the item instead, our standard return policy applies.
Should you wish to cancel an order, and we have already charged your credit card, we will refund you minus a 3% credit card processing fee.
We strive to ship all orders the same business day if the order is received by 1 PM EST. All other orders will ship out the next business day.
